Human Resources administrative process in the Company “Las Limas S.A.” of Estelí in the period 2018-2019

This article presents an analysis of the administrative process of the Human Resources area at the Company “Las Limas S.A.” located in Estelí, Nicaragua; In order to propose strategies that improve the administrative processes of this area. The research is qualitative, interviews and observation were applied. The main founding show that there is a lack of communication between employees in the area, poor working environment, good control of activities through supervisions and performance assessments, lack of motivation, outdated recruitment techniques, poor distribution of activities per position and do not implement training to staff. Some strategies are proposed in order to improve the working environment, training and motivation, improvement of the job performance, job stability and communication.
