Abstract

Addressing the main aspects that have determined the current Latin American backwardness involves reflecting on its historical trajectory. “Development”, characterized by the perspective of Latin American domination in favor of industries and transnational corporations in the developed world, is increasingly becoming a subject of analysis for both academic institutions and country governments of the South, since the nations considered “underdeveloped” urgently require systematic studies and transformative solutions of this devastating phenomenon. The Government of Reconciliation and National Unity of Nicaragua through the National Plan of Human Development under its guideline of restitution of the rights and the reduction of the inequality and the poverty; has created efficient mechanisms that have contributed to the integral development of the country, with the implementation of public policies that benefit all productive sectors of our nation, is remarkable the social-productive dynamism of the country with programs and projects driven, one of them is The Pedagogical Accompaniment that is directed through the Ministry of Education aims to strengthen the protagonism of teachers and leaders of change and innovation of the educational process, through good practices and strategies of evaluation of learning ensuring the effective application of methodological steps For Learning Reading, Writing and Mathematics, in a healthy, healthy and safe environment, that will promote its successful transit in the Educational System.
