Abstract

This scientific article presents the results of the organizational process focused on the Production for the commercialization of the cigars in the foreign market of the Perdomo Cigars SA Company in Estelí during the period 2016-2017. This is a qualitative research because it addresses the problems of the administrative process in the production of cigars for marketing. The data collection techniques were: an interview applied to four people involved in the production and commercialization process of the finished products. An observation guide was applied in both processes and the documentary review to support this paper. The findings obtained stated that the most influential resource to be able to produce and sell the cigars at the foreign market besides the raw material and human sources are crucial to guarantee the quality of the finished product. Some strategies are proposed remarking the need of hiring more employees to fulfill the client’s demands and the production plan, also the improvement of the organization labor plan for the reduction of the waste of the material was suggested. The creation of policies of motivation for the staff that allows them to increase their performance.
