Abstract

This article determines the problems existing in the Production and Quality Control Process to export products of the Tobbaco Cigar factory Tambor-Nicaragua S.A. in Estelí 2018-2019; in order to design strategies that ensure a better export performance to international markets. This research is qualitative. Interviews were applied to the people involved in the production process, quality control of finished products to be exported. Also an observation guide and documentary review in the company were used. As founding of this research it is shown, that it is necessary to improve the production process, organize the area, and increase the supervision of the work done by the employees in the Factory. Therefore, strategies are proposed aimed to solve the needs found, including: inclusion of new and better organic products, use of staff skills, elimination of pests, reduced absence from work and good control of tobacco produced.
