Abstract

The present essay presents the teaching experience in the facilitation of the subject of specialization practices, carried out by the students of the public accounting and finance career, of the night shift, in the second half of 2016. This practicum is carried out by students in private companies and public institutions of the city of Estelí. The essay ponders on the experience of the teacher that facilitates the subject in the classroom and the process of supervising the activities that students perform in the different workspaces. A survey was applied to seven students to know their opinion about the importance, strengths, and weaknesses that they face in performing their practices.
