THE DOCTORAL PROGRAM “MANAGEMENT AND QUALITY OF SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH“ (DOGCINV), PRELIMINARY RESULTS FOR THE FIRST ANNIVERSARY

Abstract

This essay aims to publish the results and progress of the Doctorate Degree “Management and Quality of Scientific Research” (DOGCINV)in order to highlight the achievements of this program as an institutional contribution of the FAREM Esteli, on the first anniversary of its implementation, 2016-2017, to the strengthening of the doctoral programs of the UNAN-Managua. They stand out as relevant findings to the “First Anniversary of the DOGCINV, 2016-2017”: (1) Defined its research topic and drafted its Doctorate Research Project, (2) Approved its Research Project by corresponding doctoral examining board, defended successfully on 9, 10, 11 and 30 of June 2017. Average grade of the group = 96.70, (3) Defined the advisor of his doctorate for each of the doctorate students, (4) Approved the 125 compulsory credits of the doctorate for c / u of the doctorate students. Average grade of the group = 92.89, (5) All the doctoral students have approved at least one of the optional courses of their doctorate, (6) Good compliance in the payments corresponding to the Doctorate Program DOGCINV, (7) 100% of the PhD students are satisfied with their progress in the DOGCINV Doctoral Program. During their first year the doctorantes of the DOGCINV demonstrated to have strengths such as: (1) High degree of motivation and professional interest for new learning, (2) High degree of Discipline, (3) High degree of Responsibility, (4) High degree of Identity and Institutional and professional commitment to fulfill the commitments established in the DOGCINV.
