Abstract

The purpose of the paper is to analyze the strategy of university-business-state alliance implemented by the university community of the Multidisciplinary Regional Faculty of Esteli, as a factor of integral growth that this faculty has had in the last years. The study is structured taking the support of the theory of the triple helix model, which explains the complexity of the relationships and interactions between these pillars of modern society. This study also focuses on the relevant role of UNAN Managua in the formation of human talent, and its commitment with the quality that society requires and in harmony with the policies and development plans of the Nicaraguan state. Finally, some concrete actions of mutual collaboration between university-state and university-enterprise that have collapsed borders between these organizations, guaranteeing the intervention of the university in the economy and society; at the same time that it foments its own growth.
