FACULTY OF MEDICAL SCIENCE-ENTERPRISE-STATE AND SOCIETY BONDING IN UNAN-MANAGUA, NICARAGUA

Abstract

The Faculty of medical science-Enterprise-state and society is connected with the mission and vision of the Faculty of Medical Sciences to train human resources in health with scientific - technical capacity, humanism and professionalism to intervene, solve problems and health needs that affect the society, according to the social and political environment in the country, maintaining permanent coordination with State institutions, such as the Ministry of Health, Private Institutions and Non-Governmental Organizations. Currently the alliance of University - Enterprise - State - Society is necessary to achieve socioeconomic development, strengthening the skills and competencies of future professionals to be inserted in the labor field. There are still great challenges to strengthen in this aspect, for competitive labor demand, with high scientific and technical quality according to international standards, having as pillars innovation, development and research to generate knowledge that are useful to society.
