Abstract

This essay describes and analyzes the linkage of FAREM Matagalpa of UNAN Managua with state institutions and private companies. The contact has been established through the coordination of the Departments of Education and Humanities, Economic and Administrative Sciences and Science, Technology and Health through agreements signed in advance. This connection has been established through agreements of professional practices, subjects with course work and the different forms of graduation. In this relationship, the university has increased its acceptance and prestige, students develop meaningful learning and demonstrate their performance; and companies and the state develop new innovative processes and capture human capital that fulfill their labor expectations. It is necessary to continue strengthening the existing link and expanding it with the incorporation of other institutions the state and private Enterprise.
