Abstract

The political constitution of Nicaragua as the fundamental norm of the nation, in this sense, is the call to determine in a general way how the rights and guarantees established in favor of the most vulnerable members of the family, will be protected. Constitutional provisions corresponds to ordinary laws, in this case we refer to the current family code and international instruments signed by Nicaragua which once ratified by the legislative power become binding and are likely to be invoked by people who consider that your rights and guarantees regarding family are being injured. It is extremely important to reflect on the degree of knowledge that people have on the subject and on the belligerency with which the needs that the population has regarding the family are met.
