Influence of the logistics process in coffee exports of the company PROEXPORTS S.A.

Abstract

The logistics process in coffee exports is an administrative problem that many companies in Estelí - Nicaragua currently face. Among the greatest difficulties we can mention delays in the preparation of collection documents that postpone the payment of the contenders and weaknesses in the communication channels. The investigation determined the situation of the company PROEXPORT SA, in the city of Estelí, where the relations between the production and the movement of goods were addressed, as well as the main strategies for a successful export, the creation of a circuit that encompasses company supplier and client, effective communication by those involved and minimization of deficiencies that may occur during the logistics process.
