Abstract

This article is based on the research titled: “A Automated system for the processes control in the human resources area at FundeMujer Institution” its main purpose is to implement an automated system that allows to control the attendance, control of vacations and payroll of the employees, since this process is currently done manually, which delays the delivery of information on time. To develop this system the methodology proposed by Roger Pressman was used, where the model of evolutionary processes is proposed that is characterized by the way in which it allows to develop more complete versions of the software and improve the final report. The evolutionary process model contains five stages: Communication, Prompt Plan, Modeling, Rapid Design, Prototype Construction, Development, Distribution and Feedback. A functional and complete system was obtained as a result, in order to be used by the human resources area at FundeMujer.
