This article presents the proposal of bioclimatic and patrimonial analysis in the North Batahola Cultural Center of the City of Managua. Given that the proposal would be based on an existing building, first a theoretical base of design guidelines was established; Subsequently, a diagnosis that will determine the state of the cultural center and requirements, especially of heritage works. Through the application of various existing and created tools, a very close diagnosis of the architectural-structural state of the cultural center was obtained, whose conclusions, together with the bioclimatic analysis, integrated the spectrum of architectural-bioclimatic and structural design criteria necessary to conceive the proposal. Finally, the presentation of the design is made, with its compositional and functional justifications, as well as some examples of the application of bioclimatic criteria, development and valuation of heritage.
